Pharmacy Manager - Glendale, AZ

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A well-established independent compounding pharmacy in the Arcadia/Phoenix area is looking for a motivated pharmacist to manage daily operations with a promising path toward future ownership. This unique role offers hands-on leadership in a small, collaborative team environment with the opportunity to shape the business and eventually own a stake in the pharmacy.

Location:

• Glendale, AZ (Arcadia/Phoenix area)

Schedule:

• 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage pharmacy operations and staff, including one compounding technician and one retail technician
• Oversee compounding processes, workflow optimization, inventory control, and regulatory compliance
• Cultivate strong relationships with patients and prescribers to enhance service and business growth
• Drive operational performance and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
• Experience in compounding and working within an independent pharmacy setting preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear interest in business ownership and growth
