A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care for both retail and long-term care settings on a per diem basis in Milaca, MN. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive medication management and support patient health outcomes through a blend of responsibilities tailored to specialized pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform long-term care pharmacist duties, ensuring medication accuracy, safety, and patient compliance
  • Manage retail pharmacy functions including dispensing and counseling patients on prescriptions
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide immunization services and other patient health interventions as required

  • August 26, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • August 27, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • August 28, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • September 1, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • PharmD degree or equivalent, with MTM certification preferred
  • Immunization certification required
  • CPR certification required
  • Strong knowledge of retail and long-term care pharmacy operations
  • Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic pharmacy environment
