Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for September 4 & 8 at their Corporate Health clinic in Greeley, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and light occupational health. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm on September 4 and 8:30am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break from 12-12:30pm on September 8. Clinic is staffed by one provider and 2 MAs and sees 10 patients per day on average. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.\n
