You will coordinate the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients throughout their life stages, as well as manage operational matters during your shift. You will provide clinical care as needed based on patient census demands and communicate patient care updates, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leaders. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for guidance and support to your team.
Minimum Education Required:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum Experience Required:
At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is required.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law:
A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or a valid NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification is mandatory.
Additional Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, a Bachelor’s degree, and advanced certification in your specialty area, if applicable. Demonstrated clinical competency is also essential.
