Warehouse Outbound Lead

Gojob is hiring an Outbound Lead for a global logistics company located in McDonough, GA. You will be responsible for overseeing daily outbound operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time. This position requires 2 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data and people effectively.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st shift: Mon-Fri, 5am - 1:30pm - $20/hr
• 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri, 2:00pm - 10:30pm - $20.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Supervise outbound associates and ensure shipping deadlines are met
• Navigate multiple Excel spreadsheets to track orders, shipments and productivity
• Identify process issues and recommend or implement improvement
• Communicate assertively and professionally with associates regarding performance and expectations
• Conduct spot checks to ensure order accuracy and staging compliance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of warehouse or shipping experience with team lead responsibilities.
• Proficient in Excel and warehouse systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
