\n&99;️ What you’ll be doing
\nIn this role, you will:
\n- \n
- Operate CNC vertical machining centers (VMCs) and CNC lathes \n
- Load parts, run programs, and monitor machine performance \n
- Perform minor program edits and offset adjustments at the machine \n
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings \n
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools \n
- Perform in-process checks to ensure quality standards are maintained \n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area \n
This is a shop-floor role suited for someone who enjoys steady production work and takes ownership of part quality.

\nYou’ll work with equipment such as:
\nMachines: CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), CNC Lathes
Controls: Fanuc / Haas-style controls (user-friendly interface)
Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, and standard precision measuring tools

'05; What we’re looking forRequired:
\n- \n
- 2+ years of CNC operating experience (mills and/or lathes) \n
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints \n
- Comfortable performing minor program edits and offset adjustments \n
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools \n
- Must supply your own basic measuring tools \n
- Reliable transportation to onsite Central Texas facility \n
Preferred:

- Experience running both VMCs and lathes \n
- Experience in a production machining environment \n
- Strong attention to detail and consistency \n

Pay, benefits & schedule
