Quick Facts Location: 1700 Tuttle Street, Baraboo, WI 53913 Start Date: 11/22/2026 End Date: 05/23/2027 Shift: Day shift (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) and 24-hour call shifts (7 AM – 7 AM) Hours/Week: Variable, approximately 4-5 days/week Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: Medical doctor (MD/DO) licensed in Wisconsin, Board Certified in Pediatrics, PALS, NRP required Experience: Prior pediatric clinical experience preferred but not specified Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $148.98/hour Pay Package: Paid weekly via direct deposit Benefits include: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (airfare, hotel/lodging, rental car, mileage) 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide pediatric outpatient care in a clinic setting, managing 15-20 patients per day Support pediatric patients across a wide age range, including performing standard procedures such as circumcisions Attend deliveries and C-sections during 24-hour call shifts as needed Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care Support inpatient consultations during 24-hour call periods Complete EMR documentation using Epic What You Need Valid Wisconsin medical license and DEA as required Board certification in Pediatrics PALS and NRP certifications Minimum of TBD years of pediatric clinical experience Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during call shifts Strong clinical skills in family medicine and pediatric procedures About the Assignment This assignment involves providing pediatric services at a reputable hospital and clinic setting in Baraboo, WI. The role includes a mix of outpatient clinic care and on-call responsibilities, supporting a diverse pediatric patient population. Support staff includes medical assistants, LPNs, or RNs to ensure smooth clinical operations.
