Director of Pharmacy - Juneau, Alaska

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The ideal candidate will bring current hospital Director of Pharmacy experience, with proven leadership skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Hospital Director of Pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain Alaska pharmacy license promptly (law exam currently not required; licensing process estimated at 3-4 weeks)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing pharmacy budgets, staff, compliance, and purchasing

Schedule:
