Job Summary

A professional legal services office in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Law Firm Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, clients, attorneys, vendors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls through the front desk or switchboard.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including stamping mail and routing items appropriately.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with occasional shelving of law books and light administrative support as needed.
- Support daily office flow by communicating clearly with internal teams and responding promptly to front desk needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $23 to $25 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
