As part of an investment in its finance function, there are opportunities for experienced Finance Partners to join a team that is evolving, expanding and increasing its influence across the wider business.The OpportunityThis is far more than a traditional management accounting role.You'll work closely with operational leaders, becoming a trusted adviser within your business areas. You'll provide insight, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive value through effective financial planning and decision-making.\n

• Partner with senior operational stakeholders across key service areas

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities
\n
• Provide meaningful financial insight and performance analysis
\n
• Support investment decisions and business cases
\n
• Drive continuous improvement and value-for-money initiatives
\n
• Influence positive change across a complex and evolving organisation
\n
• Be part of a finance team that is increasing its visibility and strategic impact across the business

About YouWe're interested in speaking with individuals who:\n

\n
• Are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, although strong PQ/QBE candidates will also be considered
\n
• Have strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
\n
• Enjoy building relationships and influencing stakeholders
\n
• Are naturally curious, proactive and solutions-focused
\n
• Can identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
\n
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where not everything is already mapped out
\n
• Have experience partnering with operational or non-finance teams
\n

Sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
