Site Manager

Site Manager required for a refurbishment of a large supermarket store in the Hull area. The start date is Thursday 6th August and the project will run for 6 weeks. The requirement is for the night shifts and the shifts are Sunday to Thursday.
\n Key Responsibilities
\n - Manage the refurbishment project.
\n - Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
\n - Conduct site inductions.
\n - Attend and lead client meetings.
\n - Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.
\n - Liaise with a visiting Contracts Manager.
\n - Use IT systems for reporting and project administration.
\n Essential Experience
\n - Proven experience as a Site Manager.
\n - Strong background in retail construction/refurbishment projects.
\n - Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.
\n - Good communication and organisational skills.
\n - IT literate.
\n Must have the below qualifactions -
\n - SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
\n - First Aid Certificate
\n - CSCS Card
\n - Fire Marshal
\n - Asbestos Awareness
\n Ideal Candidate
\n An experienced Site Manager who can independently run a large site, manage subcontractors effectively, maintain client relationships, and ensure the project is delivered safely and on schedule.
