A respected multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its established London office. With a consistent pipeline of work across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, public sector, and science & technology projects, this is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality developments from inception through to completion. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for managing the commercial aspects of multiple commissions, providing accurate cost advice and helping clients make informed decisions throughout every stage of the project. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and end clients, giving you genuine influence over project outcomes while continuing to develop your own expertise. Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities: Delivering accurate cost planning and budgeting services from project inception Advising clients on procurement options and preparing tender documentation Monitoring project expenditure and maintaining robust financial reporting Managing interim valuations, variations, and agreement of final accounts Providing commercial input during design development and construction phases Attending project meetings, site inspections, and client presentations Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes Project Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline UK consultancy experience within a Quantity Surveying role Experience delivering pre- and post-contract cost management services Good understanding of JCT contracts and standard procurement routes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills MRICS qualified or working towards chartership would be advantageous Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail In Return: £55,000-£62,500 per annum 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Pension scheme Private healthcare Professional membership fees paid APC and ongoing professional development support Diverse and high-quality project portfolio Clear progression towards Senior Quantity Surveyor If you are a Project Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James.
