Repairs Planner Location: North West London Salary: £17 per hour Hours: 42.5 hours per week Contract: Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy Property Services team based in North West London, with the opportunity to become permanent. The Role As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and residents receive a high level of service. Key Responsibilities Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance works Allocating jobs to operatives and contractors Managing engineers' diaries and workloads Liaising with residents, operatives and internal teams Responding to queries and providing updates on repairs Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed within required timescales Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records Prioritising urgent and emergency repairs where required About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within repairs planning, scheduling or property maintenance, ideally within social housing or a similar environment. You will be organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
