Your new roleTaking full ownership of accounting across the business, taking ownership for monthly reporting as well as performance analysis the commercial and residential asset class.Duties include:

• Fund accounting for companies leading fund

• NAV calculation
\n
• Reporting to CFO
\n
• Monthly performance reporting including variance analysis and board presentation
\n
• Manage the year-end process including audit liaison
\n
• FCA compliance reports
\n
