Site Agent - Southampton - Outside IR35

We are currently looking for a Freelance Site Agent to join a potential highways infrastructure project in Southampton, with a proposed start date of mid-September for approximately 6 months. The scheme is valued at around £6m and will involve a range of highways and civil engineering works, including earthworks, drainage, utilities/services, surfacing, street lighting and associated infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in delivering similar highways schemes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
