Head of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer (£120k-£180k OTE) at Eventwise Limited
Job Description
Head of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer
Salary\n£120k-£180k OTE
Company Description\nEventwise Limited is a UK-based AI-powered SaaS platform revolutionizing financial management for the festival and conference industries. Currently generating £700k ARR with a £1.3m pipeline, the company is transitioning from accounting-led services to a scalable software-first model, replacing archaic spreadsheet processes with real-time reporting and commercial visibility for enterprise clients.
Job Description\nYou will own revenue generation end-to-end, transitioning Eventwise Limited from founder-led momentum to a repeatable commercial engine. Initially leading sales personally, you will design scalable CRM processes, audit the current pipeline, and recruit a high-performing team of seven. This builder's role is pivotal in scaling the business from £1m toward £10m ARR.
Location\nCheltenham, UK
Why this role is remarkable\n- \n
- You have the rare opportunity to build a high-performing revenue organisation from scratch rather than inheriting a legacy structure. \n
- The company sits at a pivotal growth phase, transitioning to an ARR-first platform with a robust £1.3m pipeline already in place. \n
- The role offers flexible seniority, allowing you to enter as Head of Sales or CRO based on your track record of scaling B2B SaaS. \n
- \n
- Lead enterprise sales personally for the first 3-6 months to establish a repeatable, forecastable revenue engine and close the existing pipeline. \n
- Design and implement scalable commercial processes, including CRM management, KPI reporting, and forecasting frameworks to support aggressive growth. \n
- Recruit, develop, and lead a commercial team, scaling the function from a single SDR to a team of seven professionals. \n
- \n
- You possess a proven track record in B2B SaaS leadership, ideally having scaled a commercial function from £1m to £10m ARR. \n
- You have deep experience in enterprise sales and a "builder" mindset, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to close deals personally. \n
- You bring an established network within the UK conference, exhibition, or agency circuit to accelerate pipeline development from day one. \n
