Class 2 HGV Multi-Drop DriverLocation: Weybridge, SurreySalary: £35,000 basic £1,200 accident-free bonus competitive annual discretionary bonus overtime benefitsHours: 42.5 contractual hours per weekMonday to Friday core hours 7:00am4:30pmStart and finish times may vary depending on route requirementsPermanent No overnight staysThe OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver looking for a structured Monday-to-Friday role with regular routes, no overnight stays and the security of joining a long-established business.Our client is a leading distributor of thermoplastic sheet, rod and tubing, supplying customers throughout the fabrication, engineering and signage sectors.The RoleYou will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries to customers across Surrey, London and surrounding areas.Responsibilities include:Completing approximately 1015 customer deliveries per dayDelivering thermoplastic sheet, rod and tubingLoading and securing the vehicle safelyUnloading goods at customer premisesWorking to structured daily routesProviding excellent service to regular customersCarrying out daily vehicle checksOperating the tachograph correctlyReporting damages, discrepancies and vehicle issuesMaintaining a clean and presentable vehicleAssisting with warehouse or loading duties where requiredFollowing company Health & Safety proceduresThis is a physical delivery role and applicants should be comfortable assisting with the handling of materials.HoursThe contractual working week is 42.5 hours, Monday to Friday .Core hours are 7:00am4:30pm , although start and finish times can vary depending on the route.
