Litigation Solicitor / 2+ PQE / Gloucestershire / £45-55,000 DOE / A well-respected legal firm is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. To register your interest, please contact Theresa Lucas on and quote Job Ref: 4981OVERVIEW:• This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. • During your role there you will work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters. • You will also play an active role in the development of the business and client relationship management. • You will be managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, advising clients on a variety of litigation matters, including: • Contentious probate. • Contracts disputes. • Property disputes. • TOLATA claims. • Company and shareholder disputes. • Employment disputes. THE CANDIDATE:• The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has at least 2 years' experience handling litigation matters. • You should be able to lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills. • Strong technical knowledge across a range of litigation matters is also required. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
