Known for delivering trusted advice to entrepreneurial businesses, owner-managed companies and high-net-worth individuals, the firm continues to experience strong growth and is investing further in its tax offering.As part of this continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Director to join the leadership team and help shape the future of a thriving tax practice.Your new roleReporting directly to the Partners, you will play a key role in leading the tax function, managing a substantial portfolio of clients and delivering strategic tax advice across a broad range of matters.This position offers a mix of technical advisory work, client relationship management, team leadership and business development, providing an excellent platform for a commercially minded tax professional seeking a senior leadership role.

• Leading the delivery of complex tax advisory projects.
\n
• Managing and developing a portfolio of corporate and private clients.
\n
• Advising on areas such as restructuring, transactions, succession planning and shareholder matters.
\n
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
\n
• Identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.
\n
• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing tax team.
\n
• Working closely with partners and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
\n

What you'll need to succeed

\n
• CTA qualified, with ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
\n
• Significant experience within a professional services tax environment.
\n
• Strong technical expertise across corporate tax and advisory matters.
\n
• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
\n
• Experience leading teams and developing future talent.
\n
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to winning and growing business.
\n
• Ambition to contribute strategically to the growth of a successful practice.
