If you're ready to stop feeling like you're in a rut and want to join a growing, ambitious firm where you can see a future for yourself, this could be the move you've been waiting for.The Role • Join a specialist Serious Injury team handling complex and challenging personal injury matters. • Open to candidates from NQ through to 5 PQE. • Manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. • Work on serious injury and multi track claims where your legal expertise can make a genuine difference to clients. • Provide clear, practical and high quality legal advice throughout the lifecycle of each claim. • Build trusted relationships with clients and provide exceptional client care, particularly when supporting vulnerable people through difficult circumstances. • Prepare statements, schedules of loss, court bundles and other legal documentation. • Liaise with counsel, experts, insurers and other stakeholders to progress claims effectively. • Take ownership of your files while having the support of an experienced and collaborative team around you. • Contribute to the development and growth of the Serious Injury team. • Support colleagues, share knowledge and provide cover where required. • Contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen the team's external profile. • Work towards agreed financial and time targets while maintaining excellent standards of client service. • Benefit from hybrid working and the flexibility to work from the Grimsby office alongside remote working arrangements. What would your ideal next move look like?
