\n Your new role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse facility.
\n This is a Monday - Thursday position from 1400-2200 and Friday 1230-2030. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and delivering excellent levels of service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for working within picking goods up and loading them. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and hands-on leader with experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or manufacturing environments. Supervise, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives. Allocate workload and monitor performance to ensure operational targets are achieved. Manage attendance, disciplinary issues and return-to-work meetings where required.

What you'll need to succeed
\n Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Warehouse Operative position. Experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing or FMCG environment. Proven ability to lead and motivate operational teams. Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
