As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to help deliver customer projects while driving improvements across operations and project delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced SME environment, managing multiple projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership from project initiation through to completion.What you'll be doing:Managing multiple customer-facing and internal projects from initiation through to deliveryCoordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, Procurement and FinanceManaging project plans, risks, actions, milestones and stakeholder communicationsSupporting customer meetings, reporting and project updatesDriving continuous improvement across project delivery processes and systemsSupporting ERP implementation and wider operational improvement initiativesWorking within a regulated quality environment and contributing towards future quality system developmentWhat we're looking for:Around 5-7 years' project management experience within engineering, manufacturing, scientific, MedTech or another technical environmentExperience delivering complex technical products or projectsStrong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skillsA structured approach to project planning, risk management and problem solvingSomeone who's organised, proactive and enjoys improving processesProject management qualifications (APM, PRINCE2 or PMP) or an engineering/science degree would be advantageous but aren't essentialWhy apply?This is a brilliant opportunity to join an ambitious technology business where you'll have genuine ownership, work alongside highly talented technical teams and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge products that are making a real difference around the world.If you're looking for a varied Project Manager role where no 2 days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
