Position: Assistant Sales Manager (Estate Agency)Location: Morden (SM4)Basic Salary: £29,500 OTE: £68,400 (inclusive of company car or car allowance)Working Hours:Five-day working weekEvery Saturday (9:00am 4:00pm) with a fixed day off during the weekMonday to Friday: 9:00am 6:30pmClosed SundaysWe currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to work for one of Mordens market leading independent estate agencies.With an excellent market presence, excellent stock levels and great property values, this offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to achieve great earning potential in a branch with a long standing track record of financial success.Duties and responsibilities:The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for;Assisting the Sales Manager in managing the Sales Department,Monitoring supervising, mentoring and performance managing the negotiating teamActing as Sales Manager during holidays and absenceIdentifying new business opportunitiesManaging and developing new and existing client relationshipsValuing and listing propertiesCarrying out viewings and negotiating sales of propertiesCandidate specification:The successful Assistant Sales Manager must meet the following criteria;A minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager within residential Estate AgenciesSubstantial experience in listing and valuing propertiesA proven track record of driving sales and achieving sales targetsPrevious experience with managing teams highly desirableSelf motivated, target driven, ambitiousArticulate, well spoken and an exceptional communicatorMust have a UK drivers licenseMust live within a 45 minute commute (during rush hour) of Morden (SM4)Please note that due to the high volume of applications, if you have not heard from us within 7 working days regarding your application for this Assistant Sales Manager position, then your application has been unsuccessful.TPBN1_UKTJ
