Branch Support AdministratorCrewe (CW1 3LY)£26,500 £28,000 + 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays!) excellent benefits + free parkingYour missionAs a Branch Support Administrator , youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy branch. Youll provide administrative support, helping our managers and workforce deliver an excellent service to our clients.This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Were looking for someone who is organised, proactive, enjoys solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What youll be doingKeeping everything in syncCoordinate workers, payroll, accommodation and travel arrangements.Chase timesheets, purchase orders, shift information and key documentation.Support workforce planning and maintain accurate schedules.Complete worker onboarding, including Right to Work checks, references, compliance documentation and system setup.Respond to day-to-day queries.Ensuring compliance excellenceMaintain accurate worker records and compliance documentation.Monitor training, medicals, competencies and expiry dates.Book training coursesSupport Sentinel administration and compliance processes.Prepare reports and ensure records remain accurate.Owning the detailMaintain internal databases including training, PPE, calibration and compliance records.Update systems with accurate worker and assignment information.Raise, process and check purchase orders.Resolve payroll, expenses and invoice queries.Upload and maintain worker documentation.Use Excel and internal systems to manage data and reports.Supporting team successProvide administrative and operational support across the branch.Support consultants, managers and the wider operations team.Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support a growing branch.What were looking forWere looking for someone who:Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Has strong communication and administration skills.Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Works well both independently and as part of a team.Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.Takes ownership of their work and has a proactive approach to problem solving.Previous administration experience is essential.
