Meridian Business Support are recruiting for MIG Welders to work for our clientbased in Longton, Stoke on TrentOur client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Longton, providing high-quality metal cutting, bending and welding solutions to a wide range of clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join their team.The Role This is a hands-on welding role within a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality welded components in line with technical drawings and company standards.Key Responsibilities MIG and TIG welding mild steel componentsWorking from engineering drawings and job specificationsFabricating and assembling parts as requiredInspecting welds to ensure quality standards are metMaintaining a safe and tidy work areaSupporting production targets and deadlinesRequirements Proven experience as a MIG Welder within a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and qualityGood understanding of health and safety proceduresReliable with a positive and proactive attitudeWorking Hours and Rate of pay Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pmFriday: 8:00am 3:30pm£14.00 - £15.00 -Salary negotiable depending on experienceBenefits Onsite parkingCanteen facilitiesEarly finish on FridaysThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and reputable manufacturing business offering stable, full-time hours.To apply please upload your CV or call us today.TPBN1_UKTJ
