Location: Clevedon, North Somerset, ( Transport needed )\n
Pay Rate: £16.48 per hour to £17.91 per hour based on shift

AM Shift ( 37.5 HRS ):\n
Pay Rate: £16.48 per hour\n
\nMonday to Thursday, 6am-14:15\n
\nFriday, 6am - 11:30am\n
PM Shift ( 37.5 HRS ):\n
Payrate: £17.91 Per hour\n
\nMonday to Wednesday, 14:30-00:30\n
\nThursday, 14:30-00:00\n
\nFri: Non working day\n
Overtime: £25.08-£28.66
\n
Holiday: (25 days + 8 Bank Holidays accumulative)\n
£250 gift card after 4 month probation\n
£500 gift card after 12 month probation\n

\n Pertemps are currently recruiting Mechanical technicians to join a leading manufacturing company based in Clevedon. The company produces specialist vacuum and exhaust management systems used within the semiconductor industry.\n
\n Ideal candidates will come from a hands-on, on-the-tools background, including experience in roles such as mechanical fitter, maintenance technician, fabricator, automotive or vehicle mechanic, toolmaker, CNC operator, or similar practical engineering positions.\n
Key Duties
\n
\nMechanical assembly of frames, brackets and components\n
\nBuilding sub-assemblies using tools and equipment\n
\nInstalling pipework and mechanical components\n
\nFitting heaters and insulation to pipe runs\n
\nFollowing basic engineering drawings and work instructions\n
\nSupporting general production and assembly tasks\n
\nMaintaining a clean and safe work area\n
What Were Looking For\n
\nPrevious assembly, manufacturing or engineering experience\n
\nExperience using hand tools and working with mechanical parts\n
\nAbility to follow instructions and drawings\n
\nGood attention to detail\n
\nReliable and able to work both independently and in a team\n
\nExperience in roles such as Assembly Operative, Mechanical Fitter, Vehicle Mechanic, CNC Operator, Fabricator or Production Operative would be beneficial, but not essential.\n
Additional Information\n
\n A choice of either Weekly or Monthly pay.\n
\nDue to the location, candidates should live locally to Clevedon or have their own transport.\n
