Position: Project Manager Location: Wolverhampton Salary: up to £70,000 plus package D.O.E Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £100 million, delivering primarily Refurbishment projects in the Greater Midlands. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Commercial, Education, Health & MOJ. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £20million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with introduction of experienced Project Manager for their key projects in the West Midlands. Our client is actively tendering future projects in the West Midlands, so their will be plenty of opportunity beyond the completion of this initial project. Refurbishment Project Location: Wolverhampton Contract value: £10 million The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Project Manager on Refurbishment projects up to the value of £10 million Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary & Package: Up to £70,000 per annum D.O.E plus car allowance Contributory pension scheme Competitive benefits package Opportunity to manage high-profile, high-value projects
