Welder / Sheet Metal Fabricator

We are working with a commercial branding & signage manufacture, who are looking for an uplift in production staff for the Leeds manufacturing facility. This is a stable, permanent shop-floor role working on high-value, bespoke architectural projects, not repetitive jig production or heavy structural steelwork Responsibilities * TIG & MIG welding on thin-gauge metals * Fabricate 3D built-up lettering, illuminated lightbox frames, architectural totems, projection signs, and structural mounting * Read and manufacture directly from CAD technical drawings and production specifications * Metal dressing and prepping fabricated components to a seamless finish prior to wet spraying * Perform quality checks to ensure tight tolerances Experience * Proven hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication with strong TIG welding skills (Aluminium and Stainless) * Background in Sign Manufacturing, Architectural Metalwork, Retail Displays, POS, or High-End Exhibition Fabrication. * Confident reading engineering/CAD drawings and operating standard workshop machinery (guillotines, press brakes, rollers, drills) * Strong attention to detail Details * Competitive Base Salary depending on trade experience and skill level * Overtime regularly available at enhanced rates * Modern, clean, well-equipped workshop * Permanent role
