About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs while sourcing and placing high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
\n
• Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
\n
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
\n
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
\n
• Negotiate job offers and support candidates through onboarding.
\n
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
\n
• Maintain accurate records using the company's recruitment system.
\n
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
\n

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer service is desirable.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• A proactive, target-driven, and resilient attitude.
\n
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office (experience with recruitment software is an advantage)
