\nOur Client based in Clay Cross, Chesterfield is after a HGV 1 Shunter on nights, this is a fixed shift of every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Hours of work are 6pm - 6am.\n

Location: Clay Cross, Chesterfield
Pay: £18.00 per hour (£810 per week)
Shift:Fixed shift - Thursday Sunday, 6pm 6am
Contract: Temp to Perm
Experience: Minimum 1 year HGV Class 1 experience

Duties

\n

\n
• Shunting HGV vehicles and trailers around the yard.
\n
• Coupling and uncoupling trailers safely.
\n
• Positioning vehicles and trailers for loading and unloading.
\n
• Completing daily vehicle safety checks.
\n
• Following site procedures and instructions.
\n
• Reporting any defects, damage or hazards.
\n
• Maintaining a safe and tidy yard.
\n

Health & Safety\n

\n
• Follow all site Health & Safety procedures.
\n
• Wear required PPE at all times.
\n
• Follow speed limits and designated routes.
\n
• Take care when reversing and manoeuvering vehicles.
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
\n
• Minimum 1 years HGV experience.
\n

\n

Excellent temp-to-perm opportunity with fixed shifts and consistent hours.
