Job Title:AssistantBranch Manager.

\nAs an Assistant Branch Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and profitable functioning of our branch with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a dynamic team and collaborate closely with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Main Duties:
\nIdentify and convert sales opportunities, motivate the team in upselling incremental products and explore new business opportunities and partnerships through market research and competitor analysis
\nEnsure comprehensive training for yourself and colleagues in line with company guidelines
\nManage all Switch processes and procedures in line with audit criteria
\nWork within Service Level Agreements, driving performance improvements to meet all branch KPI objectives
\nSafeguard the branch and its assets, promptly reporting any risks or security events to the Security Manager
\nMaintain effective communication with your Senior Location Manager and colleagues for collective success
\nProactively manage your time to ensure branch performance meets targets.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nMay be required to work at another location within a reasonable distance
\nUphold GDPR rules and stay vigilant against potential cybersecurity threats
\nAct as an ambassador for the company, promoting company interests at all times
\nOngoing completion of training on our platform
\nEnsure all accidents/incidents are reported following company guidelines
\nRegularly review and update risk and COSHH assessments, considering changes in processes, equipment or legislation.
\nSkills, Experience, and/or Qualifications Required:
\nAbility to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work under pressure
\nSelf-starter with a positive approach to team development and continuous improvement
\nDemonstrate excellent customer service and lead by example
\nPrevious experience in the car rental industry or a related field
\nExcellent communication and administrative skills
\nComputer skills (email, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn/use in-house systems)
\nFull driving licence (held for 12 months at least)
