Groundworker / Dumper Driver / Slinger Signaller
\n Location: Derby (DE65 Area)
\n Rate: £220 per day PAYE Only
\n Start Date: 10th August 2026
\n Duration: Ongoing
\n Hours: 45 hours per week
\n Type: Freelance / Agency
\n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Operative with Forward Tipping Dumper and Slinger Signaller tickets for a busy civil engineering project in the Derby area.
\n Duties will include:
\n General civils and groundworks activities
\n Drainage installation
\n Excavation and trenching works
\n Concreting, kerbing and paving
\n Loading and unloading materials
\n Operating a Forward Tipping Dumper
\n Slinger/Signaller duties as required
\n Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
\n Attending site briefings and toolbox talks
\n Following site RAMS and health & safety procedures
\n Requirements:
\n Valid CSCS Card
\n Valid CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket
\n Valid CPCS/NPORS Slinger Signaller ticket
\n Previous civil engineering and groundworks experience
\n Strong understanding of site health and safety
\n Ability to work effectively as part of a team
\n Whats on Offer:
