We are seeking an experienced Head of FX Trading (Execution) to lead and oversee the institutions FX trading management. This is an important role within our Electronic Money Institution responsible for ensuring efficient FX execution, optimal liquidity across multiple currencies jurisdictions, and full compliance with FCA and EU Regulators safeguarding rules. The successful candidate will bridge market execution, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic growth.

What you’ll be doing FX Execution\n

• Overseeingand leading day-to-dayFXtradeexecutionwithinasmall focusedteam of traders.

• As required provide back up for trade and execution of FX spots and FX forwards trades.
\n
• Support and control end of day FX trades reconciliations process
\n
• Deliveringbestexecutionacrossplatformsandcounterparties,inlinewithregulatoryandinternalstandards.
\n
• Trackingspreads,costs,andexecutionperformancetomaintainoperationalefficiency.
\n
• Managingrelationshipswithliquidityproviderstoensurecompetitivepricingandreliableaccess.
\n
• ShapingFXexecutionstrategiestooptimisepricing,reducecosts,andmanageFXrisk.
\n
• PartneringwithinternalITteamstosupportautomationandtherolloutofnewFXproducts.
\n
• Beingcomfortabletocreate,manage,andperiodicallyadjustthedesk’sproceduresandmanuals.

About you, you have\n

• 7+years’experienceinFXexecutionideallywithinanEMI,fintech,orfinancialinstitution.
\n
• DeepunderstandingofFXmarkets,tradeexecutionmechanicsforspotandforwardcontracts,andliquidityriskframeworks.
\n
• WorkingknowledgeofFCAregulatoryobligations,includingsafeguardingandbestexecutionstandards.
\n
• Aprovenabilitytomanageandgrowrelationshipswithbanks,PSPs,andliquidityproviders.
\n
• Stronganalyticalmindsetwithprecisioninproblem-solvinganddecision-making.
\n
• Excellentcommunicationskillsandconfidenceinengagingcross-functionalstakeholders.
