\nThe Core Engineering builds and operates the platforms, applications, data solutions, models, and analytics that power critical processes for the firm’s Risk, Controllers, Compliance, Corporate Treasury, Human Capital Managementfunctions(The Core).A centralized engineering structure in support of The Core enables a common platform model and operating framework that promotes consistent governance and scalable solutions, leveraging cloud, AI, and machine learning for innovation and efficiency.
\nMetrics & Analytics Platforms,withinThe Core Engineering, isresponsible for the measurement and management of the firm’s risk, capital, and liquidity for The Core functions.Within Metrics & Analytics Platforms unit, Liquidity and Trading Platforms team provide critical business services for Corporate Treasury across trading and liquidity execution to support the daily management of global cash and liquidity across all businesses.

\nPortfolio Strategy Engineeringteam is looking for world class software engineers to work closely with Corporate Treasurytradersand help transformthe funding trading systems to support the Firmsgrowth plans.
\nThis is a front to back integrated group that explores new ideas ofdiversifying andscalingthefunding positionandexecute on the strategy.The role will have extensive business integration withtraders and core trading platforms stakeholder toconceive innovative ways to meet the business goalsandexposure to the core risk management systems.
\nThis is a leadership position to over the migration of multi-billion dollars of funding trades to best in classrisk systems including front-to-back execution capabilitiesacross the trade lifecycle.This is abusiness-criticalservice, resiliency and scalability are key aspects of thetradingplatforms together with the ability to work in close collaboration with traders,quantitative engineers, control functionsandseniorleadership.
\nResponsibilities

- Provide technical leadership to regional and global engineers \n
- Partner with quantitative engineers, technical leadership across engineering and product leads to define and implementstrategic tradingmigration \n
- A hands on role, to develop credibility and trust across engineering team and able to de-block complex uplift and ongoing issues in the platform. \n
- Own trade productdefinition and refinement to supportdiversificationof portfolio composition \n
Minimum Qualifications
\n- \n
- 7 – 10 years of development experience in enterprise level systems, preferably business critical \n
- Experience in technical leadership across global development teams, including scalable SDLC practices \n
- Experience in cloud architectural design, preferably AWS and multi-region availability \n
- Experience defining and delivering AI-enabled products, platforms, or automated solutions \n
- Experience leading large-scale platform modernization, transformation, or strategic change initiatives across multiple teams and business functions \n
- Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills \n
- A strong appetite and openness to dive into proprietary systems, understand their inner workings, and strategically uplift them. \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders \n
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the financial services industry, with deep domain knowledge inTrading \n
- Understanding of Funding Trading products across FX,Loans,Repo,Debtinstruments \n
