Client Director / Senior Accountant Ferndown, Dorset | £32,500 + Commission | £45,000 OTEFull-time | Office-based | PermanentAre you an experienced Practice Accountant ready to take ownership of a client portfolio and step into a more senior, client-focused role?We're recruiting for an established and growing accountancy practice looking for a confident Client Director / Senior Accountant to join their team in Ferndown.The Role You'll manage your own portfolio of clients while overseeing a small team and ensuring a consistently high level of service.Key responsibilities include:Managing and developing a portfolio of clientsReviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computationsEnsuring accounts and VAT returns are completed on timeAttending new client meetings and preparing quotesAllocating workloads and monitoring deadlinesSupervising, mentoring and training junior team membersBuilding strong, long-term client relationshipsWhat We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' accountancy practice experienceAAT, ACCA or ACA qualified/part-qualifiedStrong knowledge of accounts and taxationConfident managing client relationshipsComfortable supervising a small teamOrganised, accurate and commercially mindedPackage £32,500 basic + commission – £45,000 OTEPlus 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, study support, pension, duvet days, staff incentives, discounted gym membership, company events, on-site parking and regular staff breakfasts/lunches.Interested?
