Senior Project Manager | Oxfordshire (near Banbury) | Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm | £55,000 per annumAre you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for Formula One, live events and delivering exceptional client experiences?Our client is a leading creative and production agency specialising in world-class sports environments, experiences, and hospitality. Based in Oxfordshire, they work with some of the biggest names in global sport, delivering outstanding live experiences that combine creativity, precision, and passion.The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of Formula One team clients Paddock Club and team hospitality projects around the world. You will be the key point of contact for the client, managing the process from concept through to on-site delivery.Working closely with internal creative, production, and delivery teams, you will ensure each project runs smoothly, meets brand standards, and exceeds client expectations. You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders across multiple international events.This role involves some international travel during the F1 season and requires an adaptable, hands-on approach.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as day-to-day client lead for all Formula One hospitality projects, maintaining strong, trusted relationshipsManage all project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from initial brief through to post-event debriefLiaise with internal creative, production, and delivery teams to coordinate design, build, and logistics requirementsOversee creative deadlines, spatial planning, and operational documentationEnsure brand consistency and exceptional delivery standards across all touchpointsAttend selected races to oversee on-site delivery and manage client expectationsReport regularly to the Head of Client Services on project progress, challenges, and opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement in processes, communication, and client satisfactionRequirementsEssentialProven experience in project or account management within a creative, experiential, or production agencyStrong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projectsExcellent client relationship skills with the ability to communicate confidently and clearlyExperience managing timelines, budgets, and delivery schedulesHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailComfortable travelling internationally and working occasional weekends during the race seasonA collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teamsDesirablePrevious experience in sports, motorsport, or premium hospitality environmentsUnderstanding of live event logistics and international production workflowsWhats In It For You£55,000 per annum with flexibility for exceptional candidatesHybrid working with 2 days in the Oxfordshire office and 3 days from homeOpportunity to work on 10-14 Formula One races per year with an average of 5-6 days of travel for each raceAll international travel, accommodation and daily expenses fully covered by the companyTime off in lieu for work beyond the standard 10-day fortnightPension schemePrivate medical insuranceFlexible working environment with a focus on company spirit and team building3-month probation periodWhats next?
