Admin / Document Controller - CGNCWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Admin / Document Controller to join a busy construction project in the CGNC area.This is an urgent requirement , with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a site-based construction environment and handling project documentation and general administration.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating coversheets and uploading RAMS and other project documentation to the relevant systems.General administration of site-based systems, records and paperwork .Administration and processing of new starters following site induction .Carrying out Drug & Alcohol testing for new inductees - full training will be provided.Filing and maintaining Daily Briefings, permits and other site documentation .Providing general office management and administrative support to the site team.Maintaining accurate and organised document control records.Liaising with site personnel to ensure documentation is completed and filed correctly.RequirementsPrevious experience in construction administration, site administration or document control .Strong organisational and administrative skills.Good attention to detail.Confident using Microsoft Office and site-based systems.Able to work independently within a busy site environment.Good communication skills.Previous experience with RAMS, permits and construction documentation would be advantageous.Must be available to attend a 20-30 minute Teams interview as part of the recruitment process.Must be available to start ASAP .What We Offer£14.00 per hourImmediate startLong-term assignmentSite-based construction environmentTraining provided for Drug & Alcohol testingOpportunity to work as part of an established project teamTo apply: Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
