As our portfolio continues to grow, we are investing in stronger commercial disciplines to improve profitability, strengthen commercial governance and support sustainable growth.The Commercial Quantity Surveyor plays a critical role in protecting and optimising the commercial performance of AgilityEco's fully managed delivery programmes. Working closely with Delivery, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Group Procurement, Commercial and Business Development teams, the role is responsible for cost management, commercial reporting, Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), change control, variation recovery and ensuring robust commercial controls throughout programme delivery.Acting as the commercial interface between Client Delivery, Installations and Finance, the role will reconcile client delivery plans against actual execution, monitor contractual and financial performance, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and ensure commercial decisions are underpinned by robust analysis and evidence.A key aspect of the role is taking commercial ownership of AgilityEco's delivery cost base and creating a continuous feedback loop between programme delivery and future work winning.
