\n Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing business based in Basingstoke. This is a full, time permanent role.

\n Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

\n

\n
• To ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
  
  
\n
• To report any issues that may arise to your supervisor so as to make sure that failure is avoided at all cost
  
  
\n
• To help with all deliveries being booked in and put away stock into location on a daily basis
  
  
\n
• To be able to quantify any variances in productivity to your supervisor
  
  
\n
• To be flexible in your approach to the business requirements
  
  
\n
• To ensure that all pre-shift checks, and defect reports are completed prior to the use of all MHE equipment
  
  
\n
• Liaising with your supervisor to facilitate equipment repair
  
  
\n
• To make sure that the companies health and safety policies are adhered to at all times
  
  
\n
• To complete any stock takes when instructed by your supervisor
  
  
\n

\n Requirements:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Previous warehouse experience
  
  
\n
• Methodical working approach
  
  
\n
• Physically fit due to heavy lifting
  
  
\n
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
  
  
\n

\n
\n
\n The Warehouse Operative Role:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 8am – 4.30pm
  
  
\n
• £26,000 per annum
  
  
\n
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  
  
\n
