HGV Claims & Invoice Processor (Warranty, R&M & Retail Invoicing) 📍 Location: Heathrow area 💰 Salary: £28,000 – £32,000+ plus bonus 🕒 Job Type: Full-time | Permanent ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm We are currently recruiting for an HGV Claims & Invoice Processor to join a busy and growing commercial vehicle operation in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive administration, warranty, service advisory, or claims processing experience who is looking to develop their career within the HGV and commercial vehicle sector. The Role You will be responsible for processing: * Manufacturer warranty claims * Repair & Maintenance (R&M) claims * Retail invoicing * Supporting invoice query resolution with internal departments * Maintaining accurate documentation and records Please note that this is not an insurance claims role. The position is focused on warranty, repair and maintenance, and invoicing processes within a commercial vehicle workshop environment. What We’re Looking For * Previous automotive experience is essential * HGV experience is preferred, although car or LCV backgrounds will also be considered * Service Advisors looking to move into a claims and administration role are encouraged to apply * Good understanding of warranty and repair processes * Strong administration and attention to detail * Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Confidence using multiple software systems Salary * Entry level / limited experience: £28,000 * 1–3 years’ warranty or claims experience: £30,000 * 3+ years’ commercial service advisor or claims processing experience: £32,000+ Bonus A performance-related bonus of up to £3,000 per year is available, linked to claim accuracy, submission quality, and departmental targets.
