We are seeking a temporary Legal Audio Typist to join our team during a crucial period of transition. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to managing the existing workload with potential for some remote working after initial in-office engagement.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide audio typing support for legal documents and correspondence.
\n
• Handle dictations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
\n
• Work initially within set hours (generally 9-5), with potential flexibility depending on the firm's needs.
\n
• Initially, the role will be office-based with the possibility of remote working arrangements in the future.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Proven experience in audio typing; experience in a legal environment is desirable but not essential.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with high attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
\n
• Familiarity with legal terminology and practices is advantageous.
\n
