This is a key strategic role, responsible for ensuring our rents and service charges are managed effectively, transparently and in line with regulatory requirements, while supporting the long-term financial sustainability of our organisation. Working at the heart of the business, you'll provide expert leadership on rent setting, service charges, financial controls and compliance, influencing decisions that directly impact customers, colleagues and the services we provide.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with substantial experience in social housing rents and service charges who is looking to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with colleagues across finance, development, asset management and operational services, while building strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
