\nAbout the role
\nThe Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team on a permanent basis.
\nYou will act as a trusted finance partner to designated directorates, providing high-quality financial insight, analysis and challenge to support effective decision-making and delivery of RCPs strategic objectives.
\nWhat youll do
\nPartner with senior managers to support operational planning, budgeting and forecasting.
\nProvide clear financial insight on performance, risks and opportunities.
\nLead the interpretation and presentation of management accounts and forecasts.
\nSupport business cases, financial modelling and commercial decision-making.
\nAct as a key point of contact for finance advice within your directorates.
\nAbout you
\nYou will be aCCAB-qualified finance professionalwith strong analytical skills and experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling in a complex organisation. You will be confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
