Financial Controller
Job Description
Following a period of international growth, Reed Finance are pleased to be partnering with a successful manufacturing business who have created a new Financial Controller position to strengthen its finance function and support future expansion.
\nOperating across both the UK and internationally, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business in a highly visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting, strong controls and effective business partnering across the business.
\n\nKey responsibilities include:

- Leading monthly management reporting and financial analysis. \n
- Preparing month-end reporting submissions and performance commentary for corporate finance teams. \n
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. \n
- Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making. \n
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies, internal controls and audit requirements. \n
- Supporting JSOX compliance and managing relationships with internal and external auditors. \n
- Driving process improvements and enhancing reporting consistency across the business. \n
- Supporting the development of the wider finance team. \n
A few key requirements
\n- \n
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. \n
- At least 5 years' post-qualified experience. \n
- Experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally multi-site and international. \n
- Strong financial reporting, controls and audit experience. \n
- Advanced Excel skills. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive best practice. \n
