Acorn by Synergie is actively recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and established manufacturing company in Barnstaple, North Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Production Worker looking to build their experience within a busy manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for producing and packing products, completing production documentation and supporting the smooth and efficient running of manufacturing operations.

• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Morning Shift:

\n
• Monday to Thursday, 6am-2pm.
\n
• Friday, 6am-12pm.
\n

Afternoon Shift:

\n
• Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm.
\n
• Friday, 12pm-6pm.
\n

\n
• Work effectively as part of a production team to ensure all delivery priorities are achieved within deadlines.
\n
• Produce and pack a complete range of products in line with Quality Control, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
\n
• Complete all production documentation to a high standard through to sign-off.
\n
• Clean, maintain and prepare your own work area and equipment.
\n
• Replenish stock and supplies to support the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
\n
• Support other production areas as required.
\n

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
\n
• Analytical and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
\n
• Ability to work confidently with technical and numerical information.
\n
• Good IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
\n
• Proactive, professional, reliable and respectful approach to work.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Basic mechanical engineering skills, experience or aptitude.
\n
• Good level of general health and wellbeing.
\n
• Ability to work in an enclosed, indoor manufacturing environment.
\n
