Civils Chargehand / Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Civils Chargehand / Supervisor. You will be working in Bodmin.

Monday - Friday

45 hours per week

Perm Contract

Salary between - £37,175 – £42,656 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead and supervise a small team (up to 6 operatives)
\n
• Deliver high-quality civils work (kerbing, drainage, hand-laid tarmac)
\n
• Plan and coordinate plant, materials, and daily site activities
\n
• Conduct briefings and maintain accurate records
\n
• Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe working practices
\n
• Read and interpret utility drawings and plans
\n

Essential:

\n
• CSCS Card, NRSWA Operative
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence (LGV desirable)
\n
• Ability to securely park a 3.5t vehicle
\n
