Residential Conveyancing Locum

Location: SheffieldRate: £45-£55 per hourContract: OngoingStart Date: ImmediateHours: 9am-5pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a well-established law firm in Sheffield on an ongoing assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own residential conveyancing caseload and will ideally have strong experience handling matters from instruction through to completion.

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
\n
• Handling transactions from initial instruction through to completion
\n
• Dealing with clients, lenders, estate agents and other third parties
\n
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
\n
• Progressing matters efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met
\n
• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process
\n

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can hit the ground running and work independently. You should have:

• Strong residential conveyancing experience
\n
• The ability to manage your own caseload
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
\n
• Availability to start immediately
\n
