Finishing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join the site team on a major residential development in Southall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing apartments through the final stages of construction, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard through to snagging and handover. Key Responsibilities * Manage internal finishing trades from second fix through to completion. * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme. * Manage multiple apartments at different stages of completion. * Carry out quality inspections, snagging and de-snagging. * Drive defect close-out and prepare units for client/customer handover. * Coordinate finishing works with MEP and other packages. * Monitor labour, progress and short-term programmes. * Review drawings and resolve design/site issues. * Maintain protection and quality of completed works. * Ensure high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping. Requirements * Previous Finishing Manager / Internals Manager / Site Manager experience. * Strong background on large residential or apartment developments. * Proven experience delivering units through snagging and handover. * Excellent knowledge of internal finishes and construction sequencing. * Strong subcontractor management and communication skills. * Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on Finishing Manager capable of driving trades, maintaining programme and delivering high-quality apartments ready for handover
