Plumber – Multi-Skilled Location: Norwood Green, London Pay: £14.52 - £15.93 per hour Contract: Temporary – 3 months, with potential to extend Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm | Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy maintenance team in Norwood Green, London. This is a varied role involving planned and reactive maintenance across plumbing, heating, hot and cold water and mechanical systems. The successful candidate will have strong fault-finding skills and be confident carrying out repairs, maintenance and minor installation works across a range of building services. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs * Maintaining plumbing, heating, hot and cold water and mechanical systems * Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently * Carrying out minor installation and maintenance works * Supporting the maintenance of plant, equipment and building services * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations * Escorting contractors carrying out maintenance and inspection works * Completing maintenance records and work requests accurately * Supporting inspections, testing and compliance activities * Working as part of the wider maintenance team * Travelling between sites when required Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Mechanical Services, Refrigeration or a related discipline * Previous experience working across plumbing, heating and mechanical systems * A recognised specialist qualification in areas such as Gas, Refrigeration, Heat Pumps or a similar discipline * Water Safety Training * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Ability to read and understand technical drawings and maintenance documentation * Full UK Driving Licence * Valid Standard DBS check Important: Copies of all relevant qualifications and certificates must be provided with your application.
