13.65 per hour plus enhanced rate for night shifts

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in West Lothian.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a temporary role with full training provided.

Shift Pattern

37.5 hours per week on a rotating 3-shift pattern:

\n
• Dayshift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
\n
• Backshift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
\n
• Nightshift: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm - 6:00am
\n

Pay Rates

\n
• 13.65 per hour
\n
• Additional 3.76 per hour for night shifts worked
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Supporting production operations within a busy manufacturing environment
\n
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
\n
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping and workplace organisation
\n
• Handling materials and assisting with production processes
\n
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
\n
• Working as part of a team to achieve operational targets
\n
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience would be advantageous
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Flexible approach and willingness to work rotating shifts
\n
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
\n
